Approximate measurements including the bail:

• Medium: 42 to 45 mm high × 21 to 24 mm wide
• Large: 47 to 55 mm high × 25 to 30 mm wide
• Extra large: 49 to 57 mm high × 27 to 30 mm wide

All with a thickness between 8 and 10 mm.
