• Medium: 46 to 49 mm high × 21 to 24 mm wide, 6 to 8 mm thick
• Large: 49 to 54 mm high × 21 to 26 mm wide, 5 to 8 mm thick
• Extra large: 52 to 56 mm high × 28 to 32 mm wide, 6 to 8 mm thick
