Semi-polished black obsidian pieces, presented in a 1-kilo box

This set contains between 8 and 15 natural black obsidian fragments in rough form, each with one polished face.

The total weight of each box is approximately one kilo.

The pieces retain their irregular shape, combining raw edges with a single worked surface that enhances the deep colour and vitreous lustre of the obsidian.

The white cardboard box measures approximately 19 cm x 14 cm x 4 cm. It is shipped closed, and individual selection is not possible.

Obsidian is a volcanic glass of igneous origin, formed through the rapid cooling of silica-rich lava. Its conchoidal fracture and high gloss make it instantly recognisable.

It is believed to act as a mirror to the soul, revealing hidden aspects of the psyche and supporting deep introspective work.
