Detailed description of tourmalinated quartz:
Tourmalinated quartz is known for its black tourmaline inclusions, which are clearly visible in these pieces. The tourmaline appears in well-formed tubular crystals, embedded in the quartz matrix. Due to the difference in hardness between both minerals, the surface polish is not completely smooth, allowing different textures to be perceived.
Esoteric use:
The combination of quartz and tourmaline is believed to provide properties of protection and balance. Tourmaline is associated with the absorption of negative energies, while quartz amplifies energy and intention.
To consider:
