This magnificent specimen of cathedral-type black tourmaline has the base cut so that the piece remains standing.

There is a belief that raw black tourmaline is effective against negative energy. It is believed that when used as a piece of decoration, it cleans the environment and eliminates radiation from electrical devices.

Origin: Brazil.

Approximate measurements of this large piece of rough tourmaline: 15,5 cm x 14 cm x 8 cm and weighing 2.9 kilos.

Because of its raw state, the detachment of small pieces and powder of the black tourmalines is natural.
