Artisan heart of larvikite, from India.
They are carved hearts in natural stone of larvikite, made in India by hand.
Larvikite is an igneous rock that contains feldspar crystals that give it a high degree of labradorescence, also called black labradorite.
These hearts are sold individually and each one measures about 5 cm.
So that the images can better appreciate the format and size of the sample pieces, we have used supports on the back of the hearts since they do not remain positioned vertically by themselves.
