What are orgonites and how do they work?

Orgonites are handmade objects created by combining resin, metals, and crystals.

At an esoteric level, it is believed that the combination of these materials, made under certain criteria, creates a field of energy that can clean and balance the energy in the surrounding environment.

The theory behind orgonites is based on the idea of orgone, a theory developed by Wilhelm Reich in the 1930s. According to this theory, orgone is a universal energy that is present everywhere and can be beneficial to health and well-being.

Wilhelm Reich was an Austrian psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, a student of Sigmund Freud, who became one of the main exponents of psychoanalytic theory in the 1920s. However, Reich became increasingly interested in the connection between the mind and body and developed a more holistic approach to psychology. In the 1930s, Reich began to investigate vital energy and the theory of orgone.

Health and Wellness Benefits of Orgonites

According to Reich, orgone is a universal energy that is present everywhere and can be beneficial for health and wellness. Reich believed that orgone energy could be blocked in the body, leading to physical and psychological illnesses.

Reich began experimenting with devices to capture and concentrate orgone energy, and current orgonites are inspired by his experiments.

Due to his unorthodox ideas, Reich faced opposition from the scientific community and government agencies. In 1956, he was charged with fraud and his work was discredited. He died in jail a year later.

Despite the controversy, the orgone theory and Reich's research remain a subject of interest and debate in some circles of science and spirituality.

In recent decades, orgonites have become popular as tools for improving quality of life. Many people believe that having an orgonite near them can help reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase mental clarity.

In addition, orgonites are believed to neutralize the negative effects of electromagnetic radiation from electronic devices such as mobile phones, computers, and televisions.

It is important to remember that there is no solid scientific evidence to support these claims and that orgonites are not a substitute for professional medical attention.
