Impressive pegmatite block with black tourmaline crystals

This specimen comes from a Brazilian pegmatite and stands out for its substantial size and the abundance of black tourmaline (schorl) naturally distributed throughout the matrix. Some of the tourmaline crystals are notably long and display clear longitudinal striations, creating a strong contrast against the light background of massive quartz and feldspar that form most of the rock.

The piece features multiple faces with well-defined inclusions, where the black crystals remain partially exposed, giving it a robust and highly expressive mineral appearance.

The irregular volume and the marked pegmatitic structure reinforce its natural character, making this specimen particularly representative of the formations from Minas Gerais.
