Form, weight and composition
This variety of tourmaline comes from the Ceará region in Brazil and is characterised by the presence of natural veins and striations, generally of white quartz and red hematite. The presence of these minerals creates a veined and slightly cracked appearance, adding character and individuality to each piece.
The weight of each point is not directly related to its height, as a shorter piece with greater thickness may weigh more than a taller and slimmer one. For this reason, within the same weight range, variations in height, width and overall proportions may occur.
