This is a specimen of Uruguayan amethyst in a pale greyish shade, shaped to allow upright display. The piece features a semi-enclosed formation with finely polished outer edges, revealing the various agate layers that naturally encase the central cavity.

The internal surface is covered with small, well-formed crystals displaying a vitreous lustre. Their soft lavender hue shifts subtly depending on the light angle. The polished border provides contrast and enhances the visual appeal of the natural structure.

Originating from Uruguay, this geode weighs approximately 2.98 kg and measures around 14.5 cm x 14 cm x 11 cm.
