This diffuser is carved from soapstone, also known as steatite, a material prized in India for its ease of working and its ability to retain heat. Each piece features a handmade finish that highlights the natural texture of the stone.
Design and functionality:
The cylindrical base of the diffuser is carved with motifs that allow the diffusion of candlelight. The removable top bowl is designed to hold water and aromatic essences, diffusing them with the heat generated by a tea light candle.

The pieces in the images are samples. Soapstone is a natural material, so each unit will present unique variations in color, tone, and veining, as well as small asymmetries or irregularities inherent to manual carving. Steatite is fragile and requires careful handling. When using the product, it heats up, it is important not to touch it directly during or immediately after use to avoid burns. For safe use, the candle should not be left burning without water in the bowl, and it is recommended to extinguish the candle as soon as all the liquid evaporates.
